Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would consider staying again if not every room is as transparent to the room next to it.

It was the easiest check-in I have experienced through a hotel. The location of the hotel was near everything. I enjoyed the drop-off area to take items out of the car and loved the easy parking!

It was a nice location with plenty of paid parking. The hotel is beautiful and family friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. There was plenty of seating available in the room.

Truly a lovely stay with a very comfortable bed. Delilah checked me in and was absolutely delightful. Later that evening I needed another room key (you need your key to access your floor on the elevator) & once again I had Delilah. Extremely professional yet warm, personable & attentive. The gentlemen at the valet service were exceptional as well (checking in & checking out). Overall, great location in downtown Philadelphia with a clean bedroom/bathroom. Thank you!
